Steps for Obtaining a Practitioner Referral Listing

The Practitioner Referral List includes two categories:

1. Basic Referral Listing

The Basic Referral Listing is available to licensed practitioners whose Classical Five-Element Acupuncture Education (CF-EA) education took place with the Worsleys and/or their students and who maintain CF-EA as their primary form of practice.

Basic Referral Listing Fee and Form:

• No charge for members of the Worsley Institute
• $25 for non-members
• No charge for first year in practice
• Submit the Basic Practitioner List Application by mail or email
• Make payment here using our secure online payment system.

• Note: The fees and agreements are good for two years.

2. Qualified Referral Listing

The Qualified Referral Listing is marked by the 5-Color Logo and has specific requirements. If you meet them, the 5-color logo will be placed next to your name in the listing and you can use the 5-color logo in your business literature. Please note that specially designed CF-EA business cards and letterhead with the CF-EA Logo have been designed. Click on the link to view examples. Either mail or e-mail the form back to the Worsley Institute following the instructions on the form.

Requirements to use the 5-Color Logo

• Licensed to practice acupuncture and trained in Classical Five-Element Acupuncture in an Institute recognized school or training program.
• Receive a minimum of 14 Continuing Education hours within the past two years from a program taught by Judy Worsley and/or a teacher holding a Worsley Teacher Training Certificate.
• Sign the licensing agreement and pay the fee

Qualified Referral Listing Fee and Form:

• For use of the CF-EA Logo – A one-time fee of $50
• No additional listing charge for members of the Worsley Institute
• An additional $25 for non-members
• No additional listing charge first year in practice
• Submit the Qualified Practitioner List Application and Agreement Form by mail or email
• Make payment here using our secure online payment system.
